VOUCHERS

The IC Voucher Program is an easy, no-additional-cost fundraising program designed to generate revenue for our Parish/School through normal, everyday expenses like groceries, clothing, toys, or gifts.  Restaurants and gases stations are also available for your dining and travel needs!  With every purchase, vouchers earn money for our Parish.

WHAT ARE VOUCHERS?
● Vouchers are store gift cards that are used just like cash.  Vouchers are issued by well known companies who want to support IC.  In return, they ask you to support them by buying their vouchers and shopping in their stores.  In doing so, we receive a percentage back, thus, providing our Parish/School a steady source of revenue. 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? (3 easy steps-Everyday Vouchers Only)
1.  Visit the Church/School Lobby after any of the weekend masses

  • During the school year visit the school lobby Monday - Friday 8:30am – 12:30 pm
  • During the summer months visit the Parish Office 9:00am – 2:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday, 10:00am-2:30 pm on Monday’s

2.  Receive a store voucher in exchange for the cash you were going to spend shopping.  3.  Then go shopping!

SPECIAL VOUCHERS ARE EXPANDING?

  1. We have exponentially increased the number of vendors available to families.
  2. Now you can place your order online.  Go to shopwithscrip.com and create an account for yourself.  You will be asked to enter an Enrollment number, please check IC Express for our number or email d.barnosky@icspotswood.com.  Entering this number will put you into the IC account.  (You will still be able to order with the paper order form if you prefer.)  Order whatever you like and then send your payment to the School or Parish Office.  Orders will be processed on Mondays and will be available the following Monday (we can send them home with your child, or you can pick them up at the School or Parish Office.)
  3. RELOADABLE CARDS ARE NOW AVAILABLE.  No waiting or shipping involved!  Just go online and pay through PrestoPay and your card will automatically load with the amount you purchased.  (See attached list for availability.)  . 

WHO ARE SOME OF THE PARTICIPATING RETAILERS?
● See the attached list of participating vendors.  You might even be able to find vendors that family member in other parts of the country can use!

DO THE VOUCHERS REALLY HELP THE PARISH? 
● Last year our school received approximately $60,000 from vouchers.  That is a great help when you look at a school heating bill of $11,000 for a cold month or property insurance for the Parish complex of over $100,000.
