Our tuition is a yearly tuition. We break the tuition down into ten installments to make payments more manageable. The first payment is due at registration. The second payment is due the first of September, the third payment is due the first of October, etc. The last payment is due the first of May. There is a $15.00 fee for late tuitions and a $25.00 fee for returned checks. No refunds will be made after October 31st.
The Pre-K program will follow the same calendar as Immaculate Conception grammar school. If the school has a holiday, delayed opening, or a cancellation on your child's scheduled day, we will be unable to make up the class or give a credit. The program will be accelerated in order to compensate for these circumstances.
All medical forms must be filled out on the yellow card provided. Do not hand in any other forms attached to this form. The form must be filled out by the doctor's fofice and signed or stamped by the doctor. These forms are due before the child my attend class. No exceptions will be made.
If a child misbehaves, we will use the "time out" policy. The child will go to a chair for a short time. The teacher will then spend some time talking with the child and helping the child resolve the conflict and come up with a more appropriate behavior. If misbehavior is chronic or if another child is hurt as a result, the teacher will request a conference with the parent. They will work together to help the child develop more appropriate behavior. If this misbehavior continues, a meeting will be set up with the parent, teacher, and the director. Serious, unresolved problems could end in the dismissal of the child from the program
All threes and fours must be toilet trained before they enter the program. We expect they will have an occasional accident. If these accidents become frequent, the teacher will begin to keep a record. If it is apparent that the child is not toilet trained, this could end in the dismissal of the child from the program.
