IMMACULATE CONCEPTION PRE-K ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

3 and 4 Year olds

* Three and four year olds must be three or four on or before October 31st.
* Three and four year olds must be toiled trained.  (Children in pull ups are not trained.)
* Vaccinations and immunizations must be up to date.  Our official medical form must
   be filled out by the child’s physician before the child starts school.
