Chorus
CHORUS
The ICS Chorus is open to all students in grades 3 through 8th grade. Students do not have to audition to become a member of the Chorus, all that is required is to have a love and enjoyment for singing!
Joining the ICS Chorus is a full school year commitment which includes the all School Masses from September to June, the School Christmas Concert in December and the Catholic Schools Week Sunday Mass in late January. The ICS Chorus in the past has also performed at other special school events such as the Diocese of Metuchen Spotlight Awards Dinner and the Diocese’s Home School Association meetings.
Rehearsals for School Masses are normally held on Mondays after school from 2:30- 4:00 and begin in September. Christmas Concert rehearsals are normally held on Thursdays and begin in October.
To be a member of the ICS Chorus or any other after school extra-curricular activity each student must be registered with the After School Child Care Program.
